The campaign’s design system adopted a vibrant, human-centered approach, enhancing Zendesk’s existing palette with bold purple and lime green to create a dynamic visual language that balanced approachability and professionalism. Typography, with its irregular ragging and asymmetrical layouts, echoed the spontaneity of conversation and the fluidity of AI interactions.
Illustration played a key role, punctuating the narrative with minimal, playful accents that mirrored the rhythm of dialogue. Icons and imagery were integrated to feel organic, reflecting the authentic flow of human and AI exchanges. The result was a system that felt alive—spontaneous, yet intentionally crafted to reinforce Zendesk’s human-centric brand.
